Position Description
We’re looking to bring the newest generation of designer onto our newly created dynamic team of designers. “None of us is as creative as ALL of us” is our new saying. We are interested in hearing from you if you are a design junkie who is passionate about design, a keen observer of trends, and like the energy and idea-exchange of working as a team. Our department is made up of exhibit and graphic designers. We strive to utilize the skills of each designer to develop highly creative and well thought out designs in the Exhibit world.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Exhibit & Graphic designers to conceptualize, design, build and extend booth/environment experiences
• Ability to sketch and communicate ideas during brainstorming sessions and meeting with clients
• Research and gather materials on trends from lighting, interiors, colors, and design. Keep inventory of samples up to date. Also, continue to stay up to date on new technology being used in the exhibit world.
• Contribute to the development of the Creative Department’s culture and quality standards
• Ability to provide the client with highly creative solutions for their needs
• Approach the process with a cheerful, positive attitude, truly owning and loving your role in the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior, industrial, graphic design or related field with 3-5 years experience
• Excellent portfolio
• Modeling & Adobe CS Suite software
• Must be highly organized, self motivated, and have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
• Must possess excellent color sense and judgment
• Ability to approach the process with a cheerful, positive attitude, truly owning and loving your role in the process.
• Ability to work effectively with a diverse and creative group of people
