Cindy Landman
Cindy Landman is a native of Hartselle, AL and is the proud mom of 3 children; Erica who is also employed with SCS, Mallory on Scholarship playing softball and Lucas who is currently a 10th grader.Cindy began her career at SCS in 2000 as the accounting clerk. Over the years she has enjoyed many positions with SCS including; Account Manager, Labor Manager, Warehouse Manager and today she is the General Manager of Events.
The Event group is currently expanding to include a variety of new products and services. Traditionally, the Event Group has been responsible for general contracting of Tradeshows and Expositions. With the recent acquisition of Sigma Services and The Lucy Connection, the Event group has expanded its client base and product offering, also expanding Cindy’s role in the daily management of new clients and new services.
Ms. Landman attributes her ongoing success to a commitment in team work and accountability. Her philosophy with business is to treat your customers and your employees as she would want to be treated. Long range goals for the Event Group include both growing the business and finding new ways to please her clients while taking better care of her staff.
Away from SCS, Cindy enjoys her children’s activities. Almost an empty nester, she is beginning to enjoy time with friends and learning to be just a little adventurous. Even away from the office, she still thinks of her staff and coworkers as friends and family and still finds it quite amusing when her employees refer to her as, “Boss”.
